DIY natural DoTerra tea tree oil toner   What you will need: tea tree oil (two drops), purified water (two ounces), eye pads, container.   You can use a soaked eye pad in the morning and one at night, after your cleanser. This toner can be kept in the fridge for a cooling and refreshing sensation on your skin. Keep stored away from sunlight.
